Surrounded by olive trees and surrounded by rocks and natural lakes, this family house, consists of an ancient “pajara” and attached environments with dry stones and pitched roofs, it is as amazing as it is unique!

This little paradise is located inside the Natural Park: Captain Marsh; It is surrounded by a hectare of olive trees and a rocky area where a natural pond emerges with fresh flowing water.

The stone-built house, consists of the ancient pajara, with its characteristic conical truncated shape, and three outbuildings with a stone and wood roof.

LAYOUT

3 adjoining outbuildings for a total of 90 square metres organised as follows:

a large kitchen dining room with fireplace, a spacious living room with TV and stereo; 1 double bedroom called the “Captain’s Room”; 1 bedroom / double romantic called the “pajara”; 1 bathroom with separate shower and a stone spa bath; possibility of additional single bed in the living area separated off with a sliding wooden door.

The exterior is fitted with a barbecue area, table and chairs. Not far away, the wonderful relaxation area, surrounded by greenery, in the cool pond.

The trullo is located inside the Natural Park of Captain Marsh, rich in native flora and fauna. Throughout the entire year, it is an explosion of perfume and colours.

NB The rental cost includes:

Towels and shower products (shampoo / conditioner, shower gel);
Bed sheets;
Final cleaning and intermediate cleaning of subsequent weeks with complete linen change;
Internet: 100GB prepaid sim card;
Air Conditioning is included for 80 KW; for the subsequent KW, a cost of € 0.60 per KW is applied (calculated with a specific subtraction counter).
Wood for barbeque;
Wood for the fireplace stove (winter period)
welcome basket – “basket with local products”.
Extra paid services:

Midweek cleaning (on request);
Sanitation, mandatory in the case of introducing animals, has an additional cost of € 100.
€ 300 security deposit
Obligation to pay the tourist tax that must be paid to the owner at the beginning of the stay:
For the Municipality of Nardò, the tourist tax is applied only for stays included in the period:

01 May until 15 September.

The tax to be paid is: 1 € per person per night. For stays over a week, only the first 8 nights are counted. DO NOT pay: minors under the age of 14, handicapped, non self-sufficient (with appropriate medical certification).

Nota: dal 15 ottobre al 23 dicembre 2022 sono accettati anche soggiorni di minimo 4 notti al costo di €225 a notte.

Giorno di ingresso per i soggiorni settimanali è il sabato. Variazioni  in bassa stagione, previo accordi con il proprietario. Nel periodo di agosto, prenotazioni di min 2 settimane consecutive.
