Beautiful masseria a few km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast near Otranto, Masseria Piccolo Trullo is a recently built rural residence finely furnished in order to perfectly combine style and modern design and with elements and materials typical of the Salento tradition. The structure has recently undergone an extension and a restyle work by the Lecce architect Raffaele Centonze.

COMPOSITION (divided into two residential units)

Central Body: modern open space fully equipped kitchen, dining area with large table suitable for 10 guests, fireplace, large and welcoming living area. The kitchen and the dining area have direct access to the internal courtyard, the garden and the olive grove. The kitchen also leads to a utility room / laundry room and a guest bathroom with shower. In the sleeping area there are: 1 double bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with en-suit shower, 1 double / twin bedroom with en-suit bathroom, 2 double / twin bedrooms with large shared bathroom with bathtub and separate shower (these two rooms can be connected and one of the two is equipped with TV and DVD).

Dependance (20m from the main building): small stone trullo / pajara consisting of 1 double / twin bedroom and an en-suit bathroom with shower. This room is more suitable for children, a nanny or possibly passing guests.

EXTERIOR

Crossing the entrance gate you immediately immerse yourself in more than two hectares of ancient olive grove; near the house there are several spaces to relax and eat al fresco thanks to two shaded areas equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and armchairs. In the internal courtyard there is a heatable 10x5m infinity pool (pool heating is on request at an extra cost). Private tennis court, regular measures.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and all bedrooms, living area and corridors are equipped with air conditioning.

Note: the rental cost includes bed linen and towels, pool towels, all utilities, welcome basket, WiFi internet, 3h of daily maid service from Monday to Friday with preparation of breakfast service (all costs for groceries are at extra charge), 1 linen change mid-stay only for stays from two weeks in up, garden and pool maintenance, on-site assistance. Upon request and at an extra cost it is possible to have pool heating (€ 500 per week), additional cleaning services or linen change, cook or personal chef, first shopping service, pizza parties.

TARIFFE 2024

The rental cost includes: bed and bathroom linen, all utilities, pool towels, welcome basket, Essential Puglia bathroom kit, midweek cleaning service 5 times a week (3 hours), tourist tax; linen change is included once a week for stays of 7 nights or more. The pool is closed from November 1, 2022 to May 1. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house or parties are permitted.

EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST: swimming pool heating which has an extra cost of €500 per week; tourist tax €0.80 cents per person per night (adults and children aged 12 and over); check-in (between 4pm and 8pm) and check-out (by 10am) outside the scheduled times (€50 supplement); change of linen (double bed sheets €35, single bed sheets €25, towel set €5 per person, pool towel €3 per person); additional cleaning service at a cost of 25 per hour; breakfast preparation service.
