Walking along the path that leads from the house to the flat rock that is right in front of the villa, you can directly reach the sea. From the terraces of the villa as well as from the swimming pool you can enjoy an incredible view… The water is so close that it seems you can touch it. It is possible to bathe and then go back to lie down on one of the comfortable sun loungers that are located in the garden of the villa, thus enjoying total peace and privacy. The villa, which is divided into 2 residential units, is finely furnished in a modern style and is equipped with all the comforts and cutting-edge technological equipment.

COMPOSITION (2 units)

Main building (maximum capacity 6 guests): living/dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped modern kitchen, 1 large double bedroom with sofa bed that on request becomes a bunk bed with 3 added beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside there are 2 large porches set up with tables and chairs, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and at the back a staircase that leads to the terrace where there is a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub;

Annex (maximum capacity 6 guests): it is located behind the main building and is composed of a kitchen, 1 large double bedroom with sofa bed that on request becomes a bunk bed with 3 added beds and en-suit bathroom, 1 double bedroom with added single bed and en-suit bathroom. Outside there is a comfortable porch set up with table and chairs and at the back 2 comfortable outdoor showers with hot water and a laundry room.

OUTSIDE

The villa is located on a plot of about 3000 square meters completely fenced with stone walls, equipped with an automatic gate and several direct accesses to the sea; 8×4 swimming pool and solarium area with sunbeds; jacuzzi with hydromassage on the terrace; automatic outdoor lighting; outdoor showers; outdoor kitchen with bbq; covered parking area.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, WiFi internet, garden and pool cleaning. The final cleaning of the vials is €160 and must be paid extra. If you want bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, this has an extra cost of €20 per person. Pool/beach towels available on request at a cost of €5 each. It is possible to add beds beyond the 6 provided for by the basic equipment up to a maximum capacity of 12 people. Each additional bed has an extra cost of €40 per day for each guest beyond the sixth. Pool heating €50 per day; Jacuzzi heating €40 per day; Pets allowed with a supplementary payment of €25 per day per pet (maximum 2). A damage deposit of €500 is required to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning and chef services at home are available on request.
