COMPOSITION – villa on one level – 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

The villa of about 200 square meters is composed of: an entrance hall, a large living-dining room with kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower, two large porches, one of which faces the swimming pool and a room used as a laundry room with its washing machine. Outside there is a drying room, a barbecue and a comfortable staircase that leads to a belvedere from where you can admire a splendid view of Mediterranean scrub, with centuries-old olive trees and the sea.

Next to the villa, and for its exclusive use, there is an outbuilding of about 40 square meters consisting of: kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS: The villa is surrounded by a large courtyard with shaded parking spaces and covered parking spaces. Close to the swimming pool there are two large and comfortable outdoor showers also equipped with hot water, the same are entirely covered in stone and are truly very suggestive.

EQUIPMENT: Inside the villa there is a safe, a television with satellite decoder, an electric oven, a microwave oven, an alarm system with telephone dialer, and all the furnishings (pots and pans), with the exception of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (which can be rented if necessary). The 10×6 meter swimming pool, located close to the house, has a depth ranging from 1.00 to 1.60 meters and can also be used by the little ones, thanks to a convenient ladder that allows access. The pool maintenance is carried out by the staff who will check the PH daily and clean it, at the times that the customer deems most appropriate. The lighting of the villa is completely automatic so there is no problem in deciding when to turn the lights on or off. The irrigation system is also automatic, everything has been designed to minimize the presence of strangers during your stay, all so you can enjoy true moments of tranquility in complete relaxation in the company of your loved ones.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, WiFi internet, garden and pool cleaning. However, the cleaning of the vials is €160. If you want bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, this has an extra cost of €20 per person. Pool towels €5 each. It is possible to add beds beyond the 10 provided by the basic equipment. Each additional bed has an extra cost of €40 per day. Pets allowed on request at a cost of €25 per day (maximum 2). A damage deposit of €500 is required to be paid upon arrival.
