Beautiful courtyard house with swimming pool in the historic center of the enchanting town of Nardò, a few km from the marinas of Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno as well as the renowned beaches of the Ionian coast near Gallipoli. Born from the project of a young French couple who decided to bring this splendid residence back to life, Casa degli Aranci represents the traditional style of the Salento houses of the past but with the merit of a renovation that has given warmth and elegance to every room. All the original elements have been revived and enhanced … the stone, the decorations, the vaulted ceilings blend harmoniously with a style of contemporary furnishings and finishes aimed at guaranteeing guests a unique design equipped with all the most modern comforts. It is the ideal home for a large family or a group of friends who want to spend a holiday discovering the area without giving up proximity to the coast.

LAYOUT

The house has 5 large double bedrooms each with its own en-suit bathroom, a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large lounge/dining room with French window leading to the courtyard where a dining area is set up for pleasant convivial moments in the fresh air and where there is a swimming pool (5mx3m) and a small solarium area in the shade of a splendid orange tree. All rooms of the house are equipped with air conditioning and wifi.

Note: the rental cost includes bed linen and towels, Essentia Puglia bathroom kit, pool towels, all utilities, wifi internet, daily cleaning service (2h), 1 change of sheets midweek, change of towels every 4 days. Extra costs remain to be paid: any additional cleaning services; any changes of sheets or additional towels. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking is prohibited in the house. As per regulatory provisions, upon arrival it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax. Security deposit of €1,500.00 to be guaranteed by credit card 7 days before the arrival date (SWIKLY system).
