COMPOSITION (the house is divided into 4 independent housing units and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people)

-La Casa (120 square meters all on one floor): it is the main unit obtained in the oldest part of the structure, suitable for 4 people and consists of a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, a large modern kitchen fully equipped and 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom;

-La Mansarda (90 square meters on two levels): divided into two large communicating rooms that overlook the garden, it is suitable for 4 people. This unit is composed on the ground floor of a living area where it is possible to set up 2 single beds, a kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom accessible from the outside; on the upper floor we find 1 double bedroom with bathroom and a terrace of exclusive relevance

-Suit Stella (35 sqm all on one floor): romantic suit characterized by vaulted ceilings, this unit is suitable for 2 people because it consists of a double bedroom with its bathroom. Exclusive access to a small private terrace with outdoor jacuzzi.

-La Dependance (85 sqm on two levels): this unit is suitable for 2 people and is composed on the ground floor of a large and bright living area with kitchen and 1 bathroom and on the first floor of a large double bedroom with bathroom with tub and walk-in closet. This unit also has private access to an exclusive terrace located on the roof and accessible by an internal staircase.

EQUIPMENT

The structure is equipped with bio mattresses, mechanized fixtures, retractable lights, modern furniture, latest generation kitchens and services, dehumidification system in every room, underfloor heating and cooling.

EXTERIOR

Entering from the front door leads to a large internal courtyard where a huge mulberry tree stands luxuriantly which, in addition to welcoming guests, offers a very pleasant shelter on hot summer days. Continuing you reach the garden where the swimming pool and the SPA are located. Next to the Dependance there is a comfortable relaxation area immersed in the intoxicating scent of the small citrus grove. Outdoor Jacuzzi tub accessible from the Stella Suit.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, WiFi internet, garden and pool maintenance, 2 midweek cleaning services, 1 midweek change of linen, welcome pack. However, the cost of final cleaning and charges of € 350 remain to be paid extra. Upon arrival it will be necessary to pay a security deposit for damages of € 1,000. On request it is possible to have additional cleaning services at a cost of € 12 per hour. Other services available on request are: hiking, kayaking or canoeing; ThaiChi lessons; cook service and shopping service.

As per current regulations, the payment of the tourist tax may be required upon arrival.
