Guests have access to a large fully equipped swimming pool, tennis court, bocce court, table football, bicycles and plenty of outdoor space to play.

In the 300 square meter GROTTA, it is possible to organize events of all kinds that can accommodate up to 100 people. The cave is bathed in natural light, while in the evening, special lighting, floor installations and an internal fireplace illuminate the entire structure. The cave is fully equipped with a kitchen and kitchenette, electricity, a wood-fired pizza oven, air conditioning and heating (available all year round), smart lighting systems, a built-in surround sound system, guest bathroom and bathrooms and a storage room for wine, food and equipment.
