Masseria Pezza rises in all its magnificence in the countryside between Salice Salentino and Guagnano, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves typical of the unspoiled rural landscape of Salento. Here you can still experience authentic Puglia, immersed in a timeless magical atmosphere but at the same time not far from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ionian coast near Porto Cesareo and Punta Prosciutto.
Masseria Pezza is a luxurious country house, completely renovated, maintaining the eighteenth-century structure and the original characteristics. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings provide light and emphasize the large spaces inside. The original design is characterized by the use of modern furniture with a vintage and retro touch, wooden cabinets and tables, designer lamps and local accessories in glass and wicker.

COMPOSITION (the main body of the farmhouse is on two levels)

The Masseria is made up of two buildings and can accommodate up to 14 people in its six rooms, all different in size and orientation.

Central body: it has 3 large bedrooms (between 40 and 70 square meters) each with its own bathroom, a large and bright living area with fireplace, seating area and a large dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, are accessible via an internal staircase and have private terraces.

Side wing: The old stables have been converted into a garden villa, which has 3 further double bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as a newly built living area and designer kitchen.

EXTERIOR
In the internal courtyard of the farm there is a welcoming swimming pool, which is framed by a pergola where it is possible to dine outdoors or relax with a good book while enjoying the fiery sunsets of this corner of paradise. Around the Masseria there are 20 hectares of private land planted with fruit and nut trees, as well as a vineyard and an organic garden which guests can access independently.

SERVICES: Rates include garden and pool maintenance, pool towels, all utilities, bed linen and towels and courtesy set, WiFi, air conditioning and 1 midweek cleaning. Welcome basket with typical Apulian products. A cot and a high chair are available on request
