Enchanting farmhouse dating back to the V-VIsec used until the 1800s for the breeding of sheep and goats, Masseria Pezzate is located in the countryside south of Maglie, halfway between Otranto and Gallipoli. It has recently been completely renovated with the aim of preserving the authenticity and atmosphere of the past without giving up all the comforts needed for a relaxing and welcoming stay. The farm develops in an “L” shape, through the entrance door you enter the courtyard, the center of the farm, where the 6 bedrooms overlook.

COMPOSITION (all 6 bedrooms have independent access from the courtyard)

Pecoredde 1: single room with French bed (140 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, fan;

Pecoredde 2: Suite consisting of 1 double, 1 twin, 2 bathrooms, fans;

Stables: triple bedroom with 1 bathroom / shower, fan;

Fico d’india 1: double bedrooms with en-suit bathroom / shower and air conditioning;

Fico d’India 2: double bedrooms with en-suit bathroom / shower and air conditioning;

Large living area with large table and chairs, relaxation corner in front of the fireplace; large fully equipped professional kitchen.

EXTERIOR

In addition to the large courtyard which is the fulcrum of the entire property, the farm is surrounded by numerous verandas that guarantee the possibility of fully enjoying the large outdoor spaces, the garden and the olive grove at any time of day and evening. The exterior is completed by a beautiful swimming pool with an equipped solarium area, located in an independent garden so as to guarantee maximum privacy and tranquility.

Linen: 1 bed linen change and 2 bath linen changes per week
