Masseria Piccola

Elegant and ancient farmhouse with heated swimming pool located in Savelletri, one of the most exclusive locations in Puglia, Masseria Piccola has been finely renovated to create a charming residence characterized by welcoming and refined environments. The farm can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people thanks to its 3 suites with king size beds, equipped with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend an unforgettable stay in a traditional Apulian farmhouse equipped with all comforts, surrounded by a huge garden with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea on the Adriatic coast.

INDOOR (on two floors)

Ground Floor: 2 double suites each with en-suit bathroom with shower, sea view and independent entrance from the outside; large living area furnished in a modern style and divided into two areas by an elegant glass door: on one side the living room with its beautiful blue velvet sofas and on the other the kitchen-dining room with a beautiful table.

First Floor: master suit with bathroom, spectacular sea view and private equipped terrace.

OUTDOORS

The Masseria is immersed in a huge garden characterized by olive trees and ornamental plants typical of the area. The large outdoor patio overlooking the sea is elegantly furnished with comfortable armchairs, a dining table and is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven. The heated outdoor swimming pool is fully equipped with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and a bar where snacks and drinks are served.

SERVICES

During their stay, guests will have at their disposal a complete staff ready to satisfy every need. Available exclusively for weekly rentals, the Masseria is fully serviced by dedicated staff including butler, concierge and daily cleaning service. The guests will have exclusive access to the reserved area in the private beach club, located in the immediate vicinity.

Rates include:

✓ A dedicated staff in the villa.
✓ Free access to the front row sunbeds of our exclusive private beach club Pettolecchia Il Lido from June to September. Distance from the villa: 500 meters.
✓ Daily cleaning services (8 hours/day)
✓ Concierge and butler services (8 hours a day)
✓ Free villa pre-storage service (all expenses to be paid upon presentation of receipts)
✓ Change of linen every 2 days
✓ Bath and pool towels changed every day
✓ Free bicycles

Upon request it is possible to have:
o Pool heating €100 per day
o Chef service in the villa for daily breakfast: €50.00 per day
o Chef service in the villa for daily lunch: €120.00 per day
o Chef service in the villa for daily dinner: €120.00 per day
o Home shopping service €30.00 per service. Grocery receipts to be paid separately.
