COMPOSITION (the building is divided into 2 floors) – 4 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom

Ground Floor: large fully equipped kitchen and a large, very bright living room thanks to the large windows that characterize all the rooms of the building. On the same floor there are also 2 twin/double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First Floor: 2 bedrooms communicating with each other, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds (the latter can become a double bedroom with a single bed upon request) and 1 bathroom/shower shared between the two bedrooms; The floor is completed by 1 large double bedroom and a bathroom/shower with access from a living area furnished with sofas and fireplace.
EXTERIOR: large, well-kept garden equipped with a pergola where you can have lunch/dinner outside and with a swimming pool located on a slightly raised terrace and in a reserved area at the bottom of the property.

Palazzo Mosca and Palazzo Blu can be rented together because they are adjacent and connectable through the internal courtyards. In this way they reach a total of 12 bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 25 guests.
