Trullo Domina is an ancient complex of trulli expertly renovated to become a charming residence able to give its guests unforgettable stays immersed in the most authentic nature of the Itria Valley. Enchanting panoramic view of the fields and olive groves below, 2 swimming pools, 1 outdoor hot tub, two adjacent housing units that can accommodate groups of friends or families who want to spend a holiday in total quiet and relaxation.

LAYOUT: two housing units – max 13 people

The Trulli: 3 double bedrooms with French beds (1.40×1.90), 3 bathrooms with shower, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, veranda with indoor pool 6×2.5m with infinity swim function (swimming against the current), 7 hydromassage stations and chromotherapy. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The Stone House: open space living area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a French bed, 1 triple bedroom with a bunk bed made by a local carpenter, 2 bathrooms. In this house there is a large air conditioner in the open space that serves all the rooms.

OUTDOOR

The property overlooks a small valley characterized by wheat fields, olive groves and oak woods. This extraordinary view is enjoyed by the outdoor swimming pool of about 50 square meters with a solarium area. Also near the trulli there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people, also heated, always very popular for bathing at night under the stars. The outdoor part of the property is completed by more than 500m of large terraces divided into several levels with large shaded spaces ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the large terrace in front of the trulli there is a comfortable outdoor kitchen equipped with a hob, sink, refrigerator, large bbq, pizza oven and large worktop. There are also three heated outdoor showers and a solar shower by the pool.

MAIN DISTANCES

Trullo Domina is located in the center of the Itria Valley, 6km from Ostuni, about 15km from Martina Franca, and 8km from the villages of Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica. It is located about 20km from the sea (crenellated coast), but being on a hill about 400 meters above sea level, it is always cool.

TARIFFE 2025 – capienza max n.11 ospiti

Nota: Il costo d’affitto include: biancheria da letto e da bagno, teli piscina, internet WiFi, aria condizionata, tutte le utenze, un servizio di pulizia infrasettimanale con cambio biancheria e la pulizia finale. Per gruppi di 6 o meno persone che occupano solo i trulli è prevista l’applicazione di una tariffa ridotta. In questo caso la casa in pietra rimane chiusa e non accessibile agli ospiti. Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi. La piscina interna è aperta tutto l’anno, la piscina esterna da aprile ad ottobre inclusi e la jacuzzi esterna da maggio a settembre inclusi.

Come da disposizioni normative vigenti, all’arrivo è necessario pagare la tassa di soggiorno.
