COMPOSITION – the villa is divided into several levels

FIRST FLOOR – large living area with terrace and solarium, fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room equipped for a maximum of 12 people (flat screen TV, coffee maker, dishwasher, WiFi); 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom in the corridor.

GROUND FLOOR – External annex consisting of 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and small private freshwater pool adjacent;

BASEMENT – Large Technogym gym; Internal garage max 2 parking spaces

EXTERIOR: 1 Large salt water swimming pool with kitchen area, bathroom and outdoor dining room with relaxation area sofas and Chaise longue; outdoor yoga corner surrounded by greenery; Parking inside the Villa without coverage max 2 parking spaces.

Note: the rental cost includes bed linen and towels, all utilities, pool towels, WiFi internet connection; 1 midweek cleaning service with linen change; air conditioning in all bedrooms, in the kitchen and in the living room; heated swimming pool and gym. The final cleaning fee of €400 remains to be paid extra. The following services can be organized on request: shuttle service (€120), laundry and ironing service (€25 per hour); additional cleaning service (€20 per hour); additional linen change service (€80 per bed and bathroom set); chef in the villa.
