It is the ideal location for those who want to spend a holiday immersed in nature a stone’s throw from the sea but above all in a context of total privacy, peace and tranquility.

Large open space living area with kitchen and living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The villa is equipped with a fireplace and storage room/laundry room.

EXTERIOR

The villa is surrounded by 3 hectares of land mostly left spontaneous and characterized by pine trees and Mediterranean scrub. Near the house there is a beautiful, well-kept garden in the center of which there is a small pond. Among the trees you can also find a table with benches in the shade of a large sail perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners and 2 comfortable hammocks to rock in the cool of the trees on hot summer afternoons or to enjoy a fantastic sunset over the sea from above. The villa also has a small swimming pool with a comfortable solarium area overlooking the sea.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, wifi internet, 2 midweek cleaning services, garden and pool maintenance (2 times a week) and welcome pack. Upon arrival it will be necessary to pay a security deposit of €500. Cot and high chair are available on request.
