Wonderful villa with swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic view of the Ionian coast near the Porto Selvaggio Natural Park, Villa Serra has recently been completely renovated and elegantly furnished to offer its guests the uniqueness of a holiday immersed in the most barren and authentic nature of Salento without sacrificing the luxury and comfort of a clean, fresh and modern style, sometimes minimalist. Quality materials, fabrics and colors perfectly harmonized to create a unique, colorful, joyful but relaxing atmosphere at the same time. Windows and light everywhere almost to create a unicum between the interior and exterior interrupted only by the square lines and the floors that characterize the architectural structure of the house. IMPORTANT: due to the way the villa is structured, this is not a suitable solution to accommodate children under 12 years of age!

COMPOSITION (on two levels)

The property is characterized by a large terraced garden so the villa is also divided into several levels connected by an external staircase that leads from one level to the other. From the parking area through a tree-lined avenue you reach an intermediate landing/hallway from which a series of short staircases starts, one up and one down, which lead to the two floors of the house, the swimming pool and the relaxation areas set up in various points of the garden immersed in the pine forest.

On the mezzanine floor there is the main body of the villa consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/dining area and open space kitchen. All the rooms have large and wonderful windows overlooking the garden offering an extraordinary view of the sea and the coast. One of the two bedrooms also has a private terrace overlooking the back set up with a sofa and coffee table, perfect for pleasant moments of relaxation to be enjoyed in absolute privacy.

On the lower floor there is the third bedroom with its en-suit bathroom and independent entrance from the outside.

On the intermediate level, right near the stairs leading to the house, there is a large gazebo under which a very long table with benches has been set up, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners with an incredible view of the sea and the pool.

OUTDOORS: The infinity pool and the solarium area are naturally extended towards the sea so as to create a continuous line between the water and the sky with many shades of blue. Relaxation corners with sofas, armchairs and tables are scattered in the pine forest. A slightly hidden side terrace but not far from the gazebo houses the barbecue and a convenient service area. Large private parking area along the driveway to the villa.

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, WiFi internet, 2 midweek cleaning services, garden and pool maintenance and cleaning, final cleaning and a welcome basket. High chair and cot available on request. Upon request, it is possible to have additional cleaning services at a cost of €10 per hour, a private chef, a car with a driver, wellness services, boat trips with specific quotes to be made based on the request.
