The villa is composed of 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and all equipped with air conditioning. The interior spaces are completed by the modern kitchen which is fully equipped and furnished for 12 people and 2 large living areas (a TV room and a music room). Wifi works in all rooms.

The villa is surrounded by about 8 hectares of garden, olive trees and citrus grove. In addition to a beautiful HEATED swimming pool (14X4) and solarium area equipped with 10 sun loungers, there is a large terrace set up with a relaxation area (sofas and armchairs) and dining area with a large table for 12 people.

NOTE: the rental cost includes: bed linen and towels, pool towels, all utilities, WiFi internet, pool and garden maintenance, maid service 2 times a week. Extra services on request: laundry and ironing service, concierge and shopping service, personal chef, transfers, massages and yoga classes, cooking class. Upon arrival it is necessary to pay the final cleaning fee of €200 and pay the security deposit of €500. Pets are not allowed.
